PCCS was created by charter school parents who want to keep the charter school community informed about key issues impacting our children's education and schools. We work with the community to understand and promote focused messaging that is clear and easy to understand. PCCS goal is to have parent representatives at each of BVSD's charter schools so that we can create a network ​that can easily be mobilized and activated when needed –     A Focus on Proactive Versus of Reactive Advocacy.​
